1) i tried to edit my bio/photo but i have forgot my username & password?
you need to go to your profile and click on the-edit entry button-next to your profile. Below the fields for the username and password there is a link that says--forget my login information. Click it and your username and password will be sent to you. It will only be sent to the email that is listed in the profile so you want to make sure your email is listed correctly --remember--you are the only one that has access to your username and password--
2) if you see a photo on the website you would like to have
if you use apple computers: click on the photo with your mouse and drag it to the desktop and release it. it will save on your desktop. for windows computers: put the cursor on the photo and right click. a window pops up and you can select where and how you want to save the photo
3) INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO LAMAR RECENT CLASS NEWS
1. Go to the Lamar 1956 class website by clicking on the following link using your mouse: http://lamar1956.myevent.com/
2. The Welcome page opens. On the left side of the page find the words : Recent Class News". Click on those words using your mouse.
3. The Recent Class News page opens. Find the sentence "TO SEE RECENT CLASS NEWS, CLICK ON THIS LINK: Lamar56 Blog". Using your mouse,click on the words: Lamar56 Blog.
4. The page opens to show all the recent news for the Lamar High Class of 1956. You might recognize The Lamar Lancer banner which was our class newspaper.
5. You can add your personal comments if you wish. Underneath each notice you can see the word “comments” . Click on that word “comments” and a new window comes up. You can write a brief message which can be accessed by all who read the Recent Class News. Underneath the message box you will see: “Comment as: Select profile”. You may sign the comment by clicking on the lower arrow and selecting Name/URL. Type in your name in the new window and click on the word “continue”. This returns you to the comment window. When you are satisfied with your message, click the words “Post Comment”.
6. If you want to return to the Lamar 1956 class website from the newsletter, look under The Lamar Lancer banner on the right side. Under the heading "Favorite websites" click on the words "Return to Lamar High Website Welcome Page".
4) how do i register my bio/photo to the website?
go to the website and sign in --go to class bio photo and click--click "add your profile"---fill in the blanks on the form(as much as you like) ---the webmaster can add your "now" photo from the 55/56 orenda and you can add a"now" photo if you desire---you can also add some additional information on yourself if you so desire--lastly , scroll down to the security image and verify-- then click the submit button and your finished
